Crazy Ball

Thursday, October 4th, 2007

If you love a good game of basketball, and want to try some variations in the game, then you really should try playing a game of Crazy Ball. Crazy Ball is basically a sports game found on the internet where you get to challenge your opponent at a game of basketball.

However the difference here lies in the fact that you actually have to literally use your head to win. Though you may use your head mentally to win at other games of basketball, in the case of Crazy Ball, you have to use your head to get your ball into the hoop and score a point. This means that you will have to play Crazy Ball by head butting the ball to reach the shoot.

Crazy Ball

The secret to winning this game does not lie just in head butting the ball, it is very important that you play the game while timing all your jumps when hitting the ball. You will have to position yourself properly throughout the game to make sure you hoop the ball as many times as you want to.

However though this game seems easy to play, you have to be careful when head butting the ball. This is because your opponent wins a point if you actually head butt the ball into your own hoop, and get yourself your own goal. The secret to avoiding this from happening lies in keeping a track on the trajectory you use when head butting the ball and following the same trajectory at all times.

There are altogether three different difficulty levels for you to choose from in Crazy Ball. It is up to you to decide which is most suitable to you. And to add to the thrill of the game, there is also the option of you playing against another person, if required. The controls of the game are pretty down to earth. To jump, you have to use the up arrow key, to move left, the left arrow key and to move right; you have to use the right arrow key.

Perfect Passer

Thursday, September 13th, 2007

The internet makes it possible for anyone to play online arcade games, casino games, puzzle games and many more games while sitting in the comfort of your home. One of the more popular arcade and sports games of today is the game, Perfect Passer.

This is a one player game where the aim of the game is to make a touchdown to proceed to the next level. Perfect Passer has three levels of play which are sequential, with each level being more difficult than the previous level. There are five running patterns to choose, and use to make a touchdown. Moreover, the touchdown has to be done within ten passes to qualify for the next level.

As usual, Perfect Passer starts at the first level, where your team is pitted against two defenders. As you increase your level, your number of defendants increases. So in the second level you have three defenders obstructing you and four defenders obstructing you in the third level. Once the third run downfield is complete, your game is over.

If you want, you may start the game from the second or third level by using the corresponding buttons found on the left of the screen. If you start on the second level, you remain at level II for two runs downfield and are then moved to the third level automatically for the last run. And if you start the game on the third level, you remain on that level throughout the game. Though it is possible to change levels while playing your runs, you have to start from the beginning again.

The five possible running patterns you can use in Perfect Passer are Slant, Out, Streak, In and Stop n’ go. On deciding on your running pattern, you can determine where the receiver runs and where the quarterback throws the ball. You can also make the runner move to the opposite side of the field by clicking on the Flip Play button BEFORE you decide on a play.

On choosing your play, you are shown where the receiver is likely to stop running; and depending on this, you make attempts to connect with the receiver by throwing the ball. The ball is thrown by moving the mouse so that the aiming cursor is placed where you intend to throw the ball. Then the left mouse button has to be clicked to throw the ball.

Each level ends either as intercepted and incomplete, complete, incomplete or as a perfect pass. It is depending on this that the next play is decided on. However, if you don’t score a touchdown after your 10 passes, the game ends, and you have to start a new game of Perfect Passer.
